Balloonsender works on the same principles as 'a message in
a bottle'. In Balloonsender every player receives their own balloon and
attaches their personal message to it. They are then invited to play a game
in which the aim is to catch another person's balloon. This balloon is randomly
taken from the database. If the balloon is caught you are rewarded with
the message that is attached to that balloon. You can then reply to the
message. The reply will be sent to the balloon owners email.
The webiste was created using Flash, PHP and a MySQL database.
Balloonsender won first prize at the Mando National Student Web Design Awards.
